Data Entry Coordinator

Part-time: Monday through Thursday, 5 hours per day (flexible during normal business hours)

Overview:

Data Entry Assistant responsible for updating and maintaining accurate referring physician data files in the company’s RIS. Will be updating information provided by the marketing teams, returned mail from direct marketing mailings. Updates the marketing CRM with information received from the team to maintain the accuracy of the physicians data.


Responsibilities:

  • Update physician’s demographic information in the company’s RIS 
  • Involved with returned direct mailings for address updates
  • Support marketing physician reps in house as needed (Scanning, faxing, copying, calling and physician referral volume information provided from the RIS)
  • Tele communication with the physician’s offices to verify data
  • Run standard RIS reports and forward daily stats with Excel Summaries
  • Process FUJI HIPAA  Agreements that are faxed or received form our web  
  • Involved in Excel projects when needed
  • Help put labels on items when needed for different marketing programs
  • Involved in physician Database building in the RIS
  • Help breakdown large inventory items to distribute to the team
  • Work as a valued member of the Marketing team, working on other generalist activities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of college experience
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must be approachable and friendly
  • Must have excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently
  • Must be flexible, to go with the flow
